    • A 20% restocking fee.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom orders, including special cuts or custom sizes.
    • Variations in color due to printing processes, monitor settings, or personal perception are not considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

  • Non-Shipping Days: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping Notification: A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments:
    • Notify us within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
    • If a package is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.
    • If the package is located, delivery will be reattempted.
  • Missing Packages After Delivery Confirmation:
    • Notify us within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.
    • A Lost Trace will be filed with the carrier.
    • If the package is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.
    • If the package is located, delivery will be reattempted.

Product Warranty & Liability:
