Delivery Information

At SIBE-R Plastic Supply, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience, from order placement to delivery and returns.  Please carefully review the following Delivery & Return Policy for clarity on shipping timelines, return eligibility, and refund procedures. 


Order Processing & Shipping Information:

  • Processing Time:  Orders are processed and shipping within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Non-Shipping Days:  We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping Notification:  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your packages journey.
  • Carrier Responsibility: Please note that delivery timelines are managed by the shipping carrier.  Once your order leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.


Lost of Delayed Shipments:

  • If your shipment has not arrived by the estimated delivery date and tracking shows no updates:
    • Notify us within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
    • We will file a Lost Trace with the carrier. Carriers typically respond within 72 hours.
    • If the package is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.
    • If the package is located, a reattempted delivery will be arranged.


  • If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:
    • Check common delivery locations (e.g., garage, side door, neighbors, front desk).
    • Notify us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation date.
    • We will open a Lost Trace with the carrier.
    • If the package is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.
    • If the package is located, a reattempted delivery will be arranged.


Return Policy: 

  • Return Window: Items are returnable within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will cover the purchase price, minus:
    • Outbound shipping costs (including items marked "free shipping").
    • A 20% restocking fee.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Please ensure items are securely packaged for return shipment.
  • Condition of Returns: Returned items must be undamaged and in original condition. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Missing or damaged components may result in deductions from the final refund amount.
  • Shipment Refusals: Refused shipments will be treated as standard returns and are subject to the above conditions.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom orders, including special cuts or custom sizes, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • Color Variations: Differences in color due to print processes, monitor settings, or personal perception are not considered defects, and standard return fees apply.


Liability & Warranty: 

  • Product Liability: SIBE-R Plastic Supply is not liable for any injury or damage incurred from products purchased, at the time of delivery or during the lifetime of the product use.
  • Warranty: Products are covered under a 30-day limited warranty.  For warranty inquiries, please contact us directly. 


Order Acceptance Policy: 

  • Order Confirmation: Receiving an order confirmation or order number does not guarantee order acceptance.
  • Right to Refuse or Limit Orders: We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to any customer.
  • Verification: Verification of information may be required prior to order acceptance.
  • Pricing & Availability: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Error Corrections: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies, even after an order has been submitted.
